Central Florida offers an incredible variety of places to call home — from historic downtowns and established neighborhoods to newer master-planned communities, lakefront living and everything in between.
The differences aren’t just about location. Housing styles, lot sizes, amenities, commute patterns, community fees and the overall feel of an area can vary considerably from one place to another.
I’ll help you explore the objective differences, ask the right questions and narrow the possibilities based on what matters to you.

Central Florida offers an incredible range of communities, housing choices and settings — and the differences can matter. Home styles, lot sizes, amenities, community fees, access and other practical considerations can vary considerably from one area to another.
I’ll help you compare the things that matter to you, understand the differences, and decide which areas you’d like to explore further.
Start with the things that matter most to you. Housing preferences, commute and travel patterns, amenities, community fees, lot sizes, access to the places you frequent, and other practical considerations can help narrow the possibilities.
I’ll help you compare objective information and understand the differences between areas so you can decide which communities you’d like to explore further.
If schools are important to your decision, I can also point you toward independent resources where you can research school assignments and information directly.
Not at all. The communities featured on this site represent some of the areas I know especially well, but they aren’t the boundaries of my business. I’m based in Central Florida and have represented buyers and sellers throughout Florida.
If you’re considering an area that isn’t featured here, let’s talk. And if I believe you’d be better served by having additional local expertise involved, I’ll tell you that too — and help make the right connection.
Absolutely. Sometimes buyers begin with a very specific location in mind, and sometimes they’re deciding among several areas — especially when relocating to Florida.
I’ll help you compare the objective things that matter to you, such as housing options, commute and travel patterns, community amenities, fees, lot sizes, new construction opportunities and other practical considerations. You don’t need to have the location figured out before we start.
Absolutely. And if new construction is on your radar, call me before you visit the builder for the first time.
Many builders have registration requirements that can affect whether they will pay my professional fee to represent you. Visiting or registering with a builder on your own first can sometimes change that — so it’s worth having the conversation before you go.
And remember, the sales representative in the model center works for the builder — not for you.
Whether you’re considering a move-in-ready home or starting with a homesite and floor plan, I’ll help you understand the builder’s process, ask the right questions, evaluate your options and stay actively involved from contract through closing.
The builder has a team representing its interests. My job is to represent yours.
Have a question that’s not answered here?

You don’t need to have the location figured out before we talk.
Maybe you already know exactly where you want to be. Maybe you’re deciding between several areas. Or maybe you’re relocating to Florida and aren’t quite sure where to start.
Tell me what matters to you — the home, the location, your commute, your budget, the things you want nearby, and anything else that’s important to the way you live. We’ll start there.
Whether you’re ready to buy now or simply beginning to explore your options, I’m happy to have the conversation.
